LEDGEIN brings the operating layer together: clients and the services they are engaged for, recurring work and who owns it, obligations by period, documents requested and received, and the regulatory changes that affect a subset of clients.
The aim is not to replace professional systems or professional judgement. It is to remove the coordination overhead that sits around both.

Software can shortlist, prompt and track. Decisions about a client's position belong to the qualified people in the practice, and the product is built to present work for review rather than act on their behalf.
Security by design
Access is decided on the server, scoped to the practice, and traceable. We describe the controls that exist, and say so plainly when something is not yet confirmed.
Practical automation
Automation is worth having where it removes repetitive coordination — reminders, statuses, recurring work. It is not worth having where it hides something a professional needs to see.
Clarity over complexity
A practice system earns its place by making the current state obvious. Fewer, clearer views beat exhaustive configuration nobody maintains.
Integrate before forcing migration
Most practices already run ledger software, Microsoft 365 and years of files. Connecting to what exists is usually a better first step than a disruptive migration.
